So, we get moments of Piconjo as a stickman, Piconjo as a MadCom-bodied individual (no arms, only hands), and a Jerkoffman cameo.

But 90% of the time I can't help but feel Piconjo's got some Waluigi vibes. Must be the fishing overalls.

Also, yeah. Pico kinda deserved that.
